Set in the heart of Glasgow, 110 Queen Street adds a contemporary, Grade A office space to the neoclassical CBD.
SAS330 ceilings provide a clean and bright solution to each office space. To create a continuous look, large 1200x600mm tiles were used instead of the normal 1200x300mm linear tile. Full tile replacement lights and swirl diffusers hidden behind tiles were just a few of the integration techniques used to reinforce the seamless look.
Each of the nine office floors will benefit from Class A sound absorption creating a perfect working atmosphere ideal for a busy, open plan corporate workplace.
The building is now home to Grant Thornton UK LLP, Brodies LLP, WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff, Deloitte LLP and DWF LLP.
Winner of the BCO Commercial Workplace Award for Scotland, 110 Queen Street has also been nominated for the National BCO Commercial Workplace Award.
A continuous curtain wall glazed façade gives new definition to the corner site providing uninterrupted views of Ingram Street, Queen Street and the Gallery of Modern Art.
