Situated on the corner of Oxford Street, Academy House is the latest home of leading sportswear brand, Sports Direct. The prominent design features include a distinctive blue corduroy-effect faience; which expresses the building’s individuality whilst still complementing neighbouring buildings.
For the Academy House refurbishment, SAS International was selected due to its product quality and its relationship with JRA. SAS product SAS330 was installed in Academy House’s commercial office spaces to maintain the industrial-look throughout the building.
A clear powder coating was selected to enhance the jet-black panelling installed across the office spaces, maintaining an industrial effect. Offering an on-trend exposed soffit design and invaluable acoustic properties, SAS330 is an industry favourite delivering on aesthetics and functionality.
SAS330 is a high-quality, versatile product which enables further service integration, including lighting. This factor is a crucial consideration for any office space requiring modification and servicing at a later date.

SAS International was specifically selected for the industrial-aesthetic which its panelling offers.
